Processing time

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the size and volume of our orders. Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipment notification with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Paying for expedited shipping speeds up delivery once your order has shipped, but it doesn't move your order to the top of our list. Orders are printed and shipped in the order they come in. If you need something for a special date, email us at apparel@mindzai.net so we can look at your order and deadline. No promises, but we'll try.

Shipping rates

Free shipping on US orders over $100. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

International orders

We ship internationally. Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges are collected by the shipping service on delivery. Please check with your country's customs office for these costs.

Lost or stolen packages

Mindzai is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. It's your responsibility to track and receive your order. If a package is lost or assumed stolen, contact your shipping provider to open a claim. If your shipping provider confirms the package is lost, contact us with your order and tracking number and we'll do our best to help.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us as soon as possible at apparel@mindzai.net and we'll see what we can do.

Local pickup

We don't currently offer local pickup.
