Born and raised in Rome, Mattia Giks has been tattooing for 15 years. He is the owner of Sin Dolores Tattoo Studio and works primarily in Traditional and Old School tattooing, bringing his own personal approach to the style rather than simply following its classic rules.

His work is deeply rooted in traditional tattooing, but shaped by his own drawing style, influences and vision. Constantly travelling, Mattia regularly takes part in conventions and guest spots around the world, connecting with artists and tattoo communities across different countries.
